Background:

Aubrey is passionate about helping individuals and couples foster healing, growth and ongoing health in their relationships – in family, friendship, dating, engagement or marriage – to help them trust, grow, and thrive in the relationships that matter most. She integrates attachment and trauma-based modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic approaches. Aubrey helps clients have a more honest view of themselves and others, and to use that knowledge to create a more sustainable and healthier lifestyle – emotionally, physically, relationally, spiritually, and intellectually. She also previously worked in full-time Christian ministry and is passionate about ministry leader health and well-being. Aubrey utilizes a holistic and integrative approach, and, upon request, can integrate Christian spirituality with the best of today’s evidence-based therapeutic models.
