About:
Dez strives to create a safe and warm space where clients are free to explore all areas of their lives. She takes pride in providing a nonjudgmental and supportive environment where clients feel seen and heard.
Her previous experiences have included working with children on the Autism Spectrum as well as teens with Depression and Anxiety. She also has experience working through betrayal trauma with partners of Sex Addicts. She actively supports the church in volunteer service and leadership roles and holds space to process emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual challenges that arise in the church.
Outside of therapy, Dez enjoys all things performing arts including singing, acting, dancing and aerial fitness.
Dez has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from CSU Fullerton and is currently attending Hope International University’s Masters of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a member of the International Marriage and Family Therapy Honors Society, Delta Kappa and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
