About

Sometimes, life can feel like a lost melody—leaving you unsure of where you belong. Or maybe you’ve experienced deep loss, and hope feels out of reach. My passion is to help you feel truly seen and heard. To me, therapy is about diving into the depths together—uncovering and restoring goodness, beauty, and love along the way.

I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to each session—sometimes with a little humor woven in. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as we move through what feels stuck. I'm highly relational and genuinely curious about your story.

I’m trained in EMDR, a modality used to treat PTSD, complex trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. My approach also draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential therapy. With a background as a worship leader, elementary music teacher, and missionary in Africa and India, I especially enjoy working with ministry leaders, creatives, musicians, and children.

In our sessions, we’ll collaborate on goals that bring more peace and connection into your life, while addressing the impact of trauma that might be keeping you stuck. At times, I’ll gently challenge unhelpful core beliefs as your advocate, always holding space for your full emotional experience.

Together, we’ll sit with, wrestle through, and begin to rewrite the stories that have felt too heavy to carry alone. You were never meant to walk through this pain on your own. If you'd like more information, I’d love to offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other.

What I Do in My Free Time

When I am not in the therapy room, you can find me rollerblading on the beach, exploring a new local coffee shop, playing my guitar and making music, taking a spontaneous day trip somewhere new, or spending time with friends and family.
