About

There are seasons in life when we can feel stuck—caught in patterns that no longer serve us or unsure how to move forward. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or disconnected, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to move toward healing and meaningful change.

I am passionate about helping clients address both present challenges and deeper, long-standing patterns. I believe growth happens within safe, attuned relationships—spaces where you can be fully seen, heard, and accepted. From that foundation, lasting transformation becomes possible.

As a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee, I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Together, we will explore your experiences, deepen self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns in your daily life and relationships.

In my work with couples, I focus on rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional connection, and improving communication. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Prepare/Enrich, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, to help couples move through conflict and foster deeper intimacy.

My style is warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth. With a professional background in education spanning elementary through adult learning, I bring a deep appreciation for how people learn and grow. I tailor therapy to each client’s values and goals and, when desired, integrate spiritual perspectives—honoring the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

What I Do in My Free Time
