About
I help people pleasers, ADHD adults, artists, LGBTQ folks and those healing from trauma reconnect with their true selves, build confidence, and navigate relationships with more ease and trust. I also love working with people who feel stuck in their career and are exploring identity.
Do you struggle to be fully yourself?
Do you worry that taking up more space might cost you relationships?
Do you feel stuck, like you're not living up to your potential, and wrestle with inconsistent self-esteem?
Maybe self-consciousness holds you back from living in the fullness of who you are.
You might find yourself constantly accommodating others, wondering if setting boundaries makes you selfish.
Or perhaps you're in the process of rediscovering your identity and belief system after leaving a spiritually abusive or controlling environment.
If any of this resonates, you’re not alone. There is a quiet exhaustion that happens for people who struggle with these feelings. I love stepping into the journey of helping you to become more self-assured and to navigate challenges in relationships. Through warmth and compassion, I help identify themes that may contribute to your anxiety and struggles. I seek to help you stand in your strengths and I offer gentle challenges to help you grow.
I incorporate EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) to help treat trauma that may be at the root of current pain. I am also trained in treating adults with ADHD. I use an integrative approach that addresses the emotional impact as well as exploring practical ways to help.
What I Do in My Free Time
Alongside counseling, I like writing and producing music. This is a way I love expressing myself and growing in my skills has helped to build my self-esteem. It is a constant exercise of confronting self-consciousness. I also love a comfort show and a snack.
